Saturday 20th September 2025 starting at 10am until approximately 5pm in the beautiful East Sussex countryside, just outside the spa town of Tunbridge Wells. Early bird price is £125 until 31st August £158 thereafter.

After the success of the spring retreat, we will come to gather again this autumn, to laugh, to share, to grow together and connect deeply with ourselves as we take the time to pause. To be still. To give ourselves the gift of time and space to be and breathe. Surrounded by other beautiful women, in a beautiful space, you will feel held and seen and safe.
We will join in JoY and have fun together as we connect in person, at this beautiful venue. A day to simply be who you are. And in so doing, let go of anything that is arising to be released. We will even have a fire ceremony, which will enable this process – literally and symbolically.
A day for you to expand into more of who you are. A day to unwind. To learn. To laugh. To play. To be open to possibility and potential. Softening your outer shell, to open to any and all opportunity. Welcome to the realm of the Goddess. The embrace of the Divine feminine. The soft embrace, the fierce love and support, and everything in between.
You are invited to join me, for what will be a truly magical experience at the stunning Hill House, Rotherfield. A beautiful Arts & Crafts home, it offers a delightful setting to gather, both inside and out. With 3 ½ acres of land, where fairies dwell in the woods, and the meadows are filled with butterflies. We will walk the land together (weather permitting) connecting our true nature with dear Mother Earth.
There will be time and space for meditation, learning, sharing, discussion and much, much fun and connection. The day is fully catered with delicious and nutritious food. Nearer the time, I will be guided to the perfect theme or themes for the day, that will reflect the energy and the combined energies of those of you who are called to join me. We shall create much magic together!
What does this mean in practical terms…?! Here’s an approximate outline of the day.
Arrive from 9.30am for a 10am start
First session – introducing the nature of the day; the invitation to set our individual intentions, followed by a shared meditation experience.
11am light refreshments
11.30am – 1pm nature romp – exploring the land as a metaphor for exploring ourselves
1pm lunch
2pm afternoon session building on the morning’s unfolding and fire ceremony
3.30pm tea and cake
4pm final session, bringing everything together and creating direction going forward
4.30/5pm finish
All timings are approximate. If you can, leave your evening free for you, to process the magic of the day and any healing that you may have experienced.
Speaking of which… my dear friend and Reiki Master, Kelly Large, will again be on hand all day, offering mini treatments of 20 – 25 minutes, throughout the day. This is an optional extra that you can choose to partake in, if you feel called to do so, on the day. The cost is £20 per session.
What you need to bring:

- A journal or notebook
- A blanket or shawl
Dress up, dress down, wear whatever you desire. We will get outside if we can, so come prepared for the great British outdoors!
