As with most things in life nothing beats experience! So come and join me and experience group meditation for yourself.
I currently run three classes at my home in Tonbridge.
- Women’s Group Meditation – weekly on Wednesday evenings 7pm for a 7.30pm start until 9pm
- Daytime Group Meditation – every Friday morning 10am for a 10.30am start until 12pm
- *NEW* Saturday Morning Class – aimed at beginner’s or those who have not meditated for a while. This class runs once a month on the 2nd Saturday from 9am for a 9.30am start until 11am. There will be plenty of time for practice and for questions. Do get in touch if this is of interest or there is anything you would like to know.
