These days are designed to give you all this and more. I would be delighted to share the day with you if you are ready, ready to allow yourself to do something that really is just for you. 💗
The day begins with deep relaxation, moving in to meditation and accessing your own inner peace for a lasting sense of well being. The day is fully catered so you will be treated to some fabulous food so your body will also be nourished. (Do let me know at time of booking if you have any dietary requirements).
There will also be plenty of fun and laughter to help you unwind and you will leave the day feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Centred and capable at facing your next challenge in this magnificent game of life!
All you need to bring is your beautiful self. No special clothing is required. Wear anything you feel comfortable in. You may wish to bring a pair of socks and a cardigan or a wrap, as even in this hot weather the body can cool down dramatically during meditation. Depending on the weather on the day and how we feel, we may take one or more sessions outside.
